Delivery area

We ship anywhere in Vietnam. Within Duong Dong – Phu Quoc we deliver the same day.

Shipping cost

• Orders of 500,000 ₫ or more: free shipping.
• Orders below that: a flat 30,000 ₫.
• Frozen goods, fresh seafood and bulky orders are quoted separately when we confirm your order.

Delivery time

• Within Phu Quoc: same day, 24 hours at the latest.
• Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho and the Mekong Delta: 2 – 3 working days.
• Hanoi, central and northern Vietnam: 3 – 5 working days.
• Fresh seafood is only dispatched early in the week so it never sits in a depot over the weekend.

Packaging

Dried seafood is vacuum sealed and fish sauce bottles are wrapped in foam inside multi-layer cartons, so your order can travel as checked luggage.

Payment

We accept bank transfer only. After placing an order, scan the QR code on the checkout page to pay; we ship as soon as the payment arrives.

Checking your parcel

Please film yourself opening the parcel. If anything is broken, dented or different from what you ordered, call 0832884322 and we will replace it or refund you.
