When you can return an item

• We sent the wrong item, the wrong weight or the wrong quantity.
• The goods arrived damaged — a broken bottle or a torn vacuum seal.
• The product does not match its description on this website.
• The product is expired, or less than a third of its shelf life remains on arrival.

When we cannot accept a return

• Fresh seafood more than 6 hours after delivery, or once it has been cooked.
• Items already opened or partly used, where there is no quality fault.
• Goods spoiled by storage that did not follow the instructions on the package.

How to claim

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with an unboxing video or photos of the product and your order code, sent to our Zalo number 0832884322.

Once confirmed we will send a replacement or give you a full refund within 3 – 5 working days. Return shipping is at our expense whenever the fault is ours.
